What methods do you use for shipping? TOP
Most packages ship through USPS Priority Mail, to the 48 Continental United States.
Our preferred method is Fed-ex, but we are also willing to consider other shipping options, including UPS or other USPS methods. Please
contact us for more information before purchasing.
Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipments must be arranged prior to purchase. If you purchase an order and request shipment to any of these locations, we will send an invoice for the additional shipping charges, which must be paid before shipment.
What methods of payment do you take? TOP
We accept all forms of Paypal, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept personal checks , but will only process the order once the check has cleared. This process can take at least a week. Please keep that in mind when paying by personal check.
We do not accept money orders at this time.
How soon will my items arrive? TOP
Items that we keep in inventory ship within 24 hours. Please allow the appropriate amount of time, according to your chosen shipping method, for delivery.
Items that come from other warehouses ship within six to ten days. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery of these items.
We do accomodate rush orders, with the possible exception of the busy holiday season. Please
contact us to request a rush order for additional information.
What is your return policy? TOP
If your product is defected or an error has been made by us, you may return your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Custom Made Products are final sales. If the item is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange with the manufacturer. We will help you with this process.
All other purchases are final sale.

Do you have any guarantees on your products? TOP
We guarantee the quality of our merchandise. Our products are free from defects, to the best of our knowledge.
If you discover a defect of any kind, please contact us immediately, within the thirty days. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.
