Payment Policies

We accept accept all major credit cards through Paypal.

We also accept personal checks, but advise that payment through personal check may delay your shipment. We do not process the order until the check has cleared, which can take at least one week.

We do not accept money orders at this time.

Shipping Policies

Every single package is carefully packaged with those special extra features that you expect from an upscale, luxury boutique.

Most products usually arrive between 7-10 business days or less.
- Please keep in mind that some custom products may take approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the individual item.
- If we do not carry the item in inventory or need to contact the manufacturer, shipment may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Some clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, gifts, and other unique custom items may take 2 weeks or longer.
Unique custom made orders are not returnable to us. We have to get an authorization from the manufacture of each individual item prior to return and some do not except returns.
Princess Pink Room Furniture may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Some items do ship directly from the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for items and orders held at customs.
Customers except all responsibility of customs hold and duties owed and are not to hold us liable for
customs holding packages, as it is out of our control.

If you have any questions as to when an item might be available to ship, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.

We do our best to ship complete orders. However, all or some products ordered may be shipped separately, and at varying times. This depends on our available stock and/or each individual manufacturer's inventory at the time of order.

You have an option to add insurance for shipping.

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail to the 48 intercontinental United States.

Please contact us for assistance in placing an order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or International. Different shipping rates will apply.

If you place an order to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or International without contacting us first, a separate invoice will be sent to the e-mail address given at checkout with additional shipping charges. Your order will not be shipped until this is paid in full.

All Duties are customers responsibility for International orders.

Return Policies

Exchanges and/or Defective Merchandise: Call iamtheprincess at 315-678-2873. iamtheprincess.com will provide you with a authorization code.

We believe the products that we sell in our boutique are made to the highest quality of standards. Each item we sell was individually selected to give you a unique variety of merchandise, exclusive to our store.

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we are available to answer any questions you may have prior to or after placing your order.

We can not exchange or refund for items that have been worn for sanitary reasons.

If tags on items have been removed we can not refund.

Custom Products are made per order and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. In this case, you may exchange the item with the manufacturer at their discretion no later than 7 days from receipt.

All other products are final sale and can only be exchanged for the exact same item if there is a quality issue.

However, we strive to make your business with us a pleasant experience. If we are at fault for the error, we will be happy to issue refunds for problems that may arise within 7 days of receipt.

This policy excludes correct orders and/or merchandise damaged by the consumer due to negligence or misuse of the product.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order on personalised items after the 24 hours items are being produced.

If you receive an item damaged in shipment please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter with the carrier service.

Gift Certificates

When purchasing a gift certificate, you must provide the name of the recipient. Gift Certificates (all or partial) may not be redeemed for cash or credit, but only for store merchandise until the remaining balance is equal to $0.00

Product Disclaimer

We are not responsible for injuries incurred by any of our products, regardless of use. Please supervise infants and young children with all of our products.

Each manufacturer has unique policies and guarantees on products. Since these are made available by the manufacturers, it is the consumer’s responsibility to research and assume upon order.

Clothing Washing Instructions

We recommend carefully machine-washing all of our clothing, including crystal rhinestone embellished clothing.

Turn inside out, machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle and hang to try.

All of our clothing is made to the highest quality of standards, mostly in the U.S.A. and should maintain a high-end look when treated with care.

Our crystal rhinestone embellished clothing is made to last. The high-end crystals used to embellish our clothing should not fall off with normal wear and washing.

Please note that we do not recommend dry cleaning, as the intense heat used by professional dry cleaners may loosen the crystal rhinestones.
